1. Order Cutoff Time
All orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles) will be processed starting the same business day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
2. Delivery Estimates
We work hard to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. Your total delivery time is calculated based on handling time and transit time during business days.
Handling Time: 1 – 4 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
Transit Time: 8 – 15 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
3. Shipping Rates & Tracking
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to monitor your package's progress.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
llousa.us is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, VAT, or local taxes) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim or contact our support team immediately at support@llousa.us. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
