You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.

You need to have the receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order number).

3. How to Start a Return

Get Instructions: Our support team will review your request and send you the return instructions.

4. Refunds Processing Time
Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

Approval & Timeline: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Processing Time: We will process your refund within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your card issuer's policies, it may take additional days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.

5. Return Shipping Costs
Defective or Damaged Items: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Standard Returns: If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind, item didn't fit), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
